There are 3 different service levels – Essential, Select and Premier, which allow you to customize your service level coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty to best match your business requirements. On these plans, everything is fixed – from worn out and broken parts, including normal wear and tear and also accidental damage. These plans can be purchased within 30 days of your Zebra equipment purchase.

Zebra OneCare Essentials

  • Replacement printer shipped out immediate upon notification – before broken unit is received for repair
  • Next day return shipping
  • Printer settings and label formats are commissioned so your printer is ready to use on arrival
  • 24/7 Technical support help desk availability
