SATO Announces CX400 End of Service

SATO America has announced it will no longer service the CX400 and parts will be hard to find - what does this mean for you?

SATO has given the final notification for the CX400 Thermal Printer Series and all of its related accessories. Parts for the CX400 Series are no longer being manufactured and SATO America cannot guarantee the availability of parts.

Important Note: There are limited quantities of spare parts available for the CX400 Series. This end of service reminder encourages you to purchase the necessary parts to support the CX400 products. Once remaining inventory is sold, these items will no longer be available through SATO America.

The list of affected SKUs only includes those specific to North America and is not a complete list of all CX400 SKUs. If you are unsure of a specific SKU, please contact your SATO America representative for clarification. Please see tables below for more information.
