Packaging Instructions: 


  1. DO NOT SHIP BATTERIES OR CHARGING UNITS WITH BARCODE SCANNERS.
  2. It is STRONGLY recommended that you use the original packaging, or use foam spray, peanuts, or bubble wrap in a carton strong enough for return shipping. Carton’s that cannot be used for return shipping will be replaced with a sturdier option and a box fee will apply. 
  3. Incoming shipments and all prepaid return shipments SHOULD be insured for current market value of the equipment. 
  4. MIDCOM is NOT liable for damage in shipping or uninsured shipments. 
  5. MIDCOM is NOT liable for loss of items not registered on RMA. 
  6. If you have an administrator name and/or password information for your device(s), please include for troubleshooting and quality testing purposes.
