Packaging Instructions:
- DO NOT SHIP BATTERIES OR CHARGING UNITS WITH BARCODE SCANNERS.
- It is STRONGLY recommended that you use the original packaging, or use foam spray, peanuts, or bubble wrap in a carton strong enough for return shipping. Carton’s that cannot be used for return shipping will be replaced with a sturdier option and a box fee will apply.
- Incoming shipments and all prepaid return shipments SHOULD be insured for current market value of the equipment.
- MIDCOM is NOT liable for damage in shipping or uninsured shipments.
- MIDCOM is NOT liable for loss of items not registered on RMA.
- If you have an administrator name and/or password information for your device(s), please include for troubleshooting and quality testing purposes.
