Is there a limit on how many repairs I can get?
No. Coverage plans include unlimited service calls. However many times covered equipment needs repair, you don't pay extra.
What does "all parts included" cover?
Any part needed to repair covered equipment is included. Consumables such as labels and ribbon are not included.
How do I send equipment in?
Ship it to one of our EXPRESS Repair Centers, located throughout the United States and Canada. Barcode scanner customers can also request repairs through the ServiceHub portal.
Which brands do you cover?
